We assist clients in comparing, evaluating, and enrolling in insurance plans offered by third-party insurance carriers. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Medicare or CMS.
2. Eligibility
To use our Medicare services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be eligible for Medicare or acting on behalf of someone who is
- Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting guidance or quotes
3. No Guarantee of Coverage
We strive to offer the most accurate plan options available, but we do not guarantee eligibility or approval for any particular insurance product. All insurance decisions are subject to underwriting and eligibility requirements of the respective insurance carriers.
4. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you expressly authorize Safeguard Insurance Group and its licensed agents to contact you via:

- Text message (SMS)
This includes outreach related to Medicare plans, policy updates, or enrollment assistance. You may revoke consent at any time by emailing us or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.
